We would like to express our appreciation for our amazing couples, clients, and fellow vendors from WeddingWire. We LOVE being a part of some incredible events and creating amazing memories. Our couples enthusiasm makes us feel incredibly lucky to be doing what we do! Their reviews have allowed us to be recognized by WeddingWire’s Couples’ Choice Awards year after year. According to WeddingWire, the Couples’ Choice Awards “recognize local wedding professionals who demonstrate excellence in quality, service, responsiveness, and professionalism.” And now we’re blushing! We’ve shared a few of our favorite reviews below.
We originally saw Emerald Empire band at Monday Night Brewery in Atlanta and I think we pretty much signed a contract on the spot right there. They were amazing! Our wedding guest said they were the best wedding band ever and our dance floor was packed all night long! We went with a 7 piece band for a 165 person wedding and it was perfect! Do yourself a favor and make sure to add a jazz trio for cocktail hour and acoustic guitar for your ceremony. You will be disappointed if not because we got so many compliments on those parts as well! I’m a procrastinating bride so believe me, I’m not easy to work with but they sure were! They focus on every little detail, minute by minute which I appreciated. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Even the DJ breaks were perfect with the best music choices!

SO GLAD WE USED EMERALD EMPIRE. I live in Colorado and got married in SC so was unable to see the band play before the wedding and was slightly. nervous. I had heard great things, but ya never know! I was NOT AT ALL disappointed. They were AMAZING, my guests still are talking about them weeks later, and Ward made the whole organizational process so easy! Highly recommend!

Emerald Empire Band performed at our wedding in Savannah in November, and we literally have people still telling us how the band was the best band they’ve ever had at a wedding. Every single member was so talented. The organization leading up to the event was seamless, and they took into consideration everything we said was important to us -down to letting me get on stage with them to sing some Michael Jackson, and then Zombies by the Cranberries. Understanding the later request was a little more unusual, I couldn’t have been happier with how it turned out. I felt like a rock star jamming out to my favorite song, and the guests had a blast. Cannot recommend this band more. We chose a 7 piece band, and it was perfect.

I was in need of music for my ceremony and reception and Emerald Empire Band came across my Facebook feed. It was truly good luck for me. They provided me with a string quartet for my ceremony and a DJ for my reception! The string quartet played my musical selections so beautifully and the DJ played so many great songs that my 82-year-old mother was dancing the night away! All my guests loved the music and had a fabulous time! They were so easy to work with! Please check out their website, you will find everything you need to satisfy every musical taste and request! Plus, they have dates available for you to check out their live performances. I would recommend them to everyone who is looking to make their weddings memorable.

Emerald Empire Band was AMAZING!!! They kept everyone dancing the entire night!! We had so many people say the band made the wedding feel like a party AND a concert- that’s how good they are!!! We had some specific songs we wanted and they were very accommodating to learn them. They also understood our vibe and played the most perfect playlists without us having to curate every single song. They are so much fun and will make your wedding that much more memorable!!

Emerald Empire Band was one of the best vendor decisions we made throughout our whole wedding. Their high energy performance had everyone on the dance floor the entire night (even my grandparents!), and, even two months after the Big Day, I have guests reaching out to tell me that this was the best wedding band they have ever heard. They curated an amazing set list – from the live dinner music that made us feel like we were in a Nancy Meyers movie, to the high energy dance floor hits, and ending the night with our special request – “All I Want for Christmas Is You” – Emerald Empire Band truly did not miss a single beat. And, as one of our guests said, “You haven’t lived until you’ve danced to Mr. Brightside played by a brass band!”

In addition to booking the 11-piece band, we also used Emerald Empire Band for a string trio for our ceremony and jazz trio for cocktail hour, in addition to MC services and amplification. They were so wonderful to work with and took every detail and small request to heart, seeing it all through to the very end. I cannot recommend Emerald Empire Band enough – and, I hope my engaged friends are reading this so I get to attend a wedding they are playing at soon!
